Maine Vacation Cottages
Below are descriptions and rates for each of our cottages. You can check the availability of the cottages by clicking any of the BOOK HERE buttons.

During the peak season, which runs July to mid-August, all cottages (except #7) are rented from Sunday to Sunday. Before and after these times they can be rented on a nightly basis. If you would like to rent outside of these guidelines please contact us to see if we can accommodate you.

Note: Reservations may be made for up to 12 months from the current week. Guests currently booked in a cottage for a particular week have first-refusal for that cottage for the corresponding week next year. During your stay, please let us know if you would like to book the same cottage for the same week in the following year. The cottage will be open in the online calendar until then, and anyone can make a reservation a year out without consulting us. Deposits for the following year will not be due until February, although they can be paid any time before that. We will send out a reminder email in January.

Built in 1936 to replace the first cottage built in 1920, this large two-story log cottage features a field-stone fireplace and woodstove for heat. Complimentary firewood is provided in an outdoor woodshed. The cottage boasts a good-size kitchen, dining area, and living room downstairs. Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower and 3 bedrooms that sleep 7. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and one with 3 singles. Linens and towels are provided. The large, screened porch overlooks the river and there is a stairway down to the swimming area. There is also a small, outdoor charcoal grill and picnic table. Free WiFi is included.

Built in 1945, with additions in the early 50's, this single-level log cottage features a vaulted ceiling with a field-stone fireplace and a woodstove for heat. Complimentary firewood is provided in an outdoor shed. The cottage offers a cozy kitchen and dining area, a living room, and bathroom with shower. There are two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and one with a single and a double bed (sleeps up to 5).
Linens and towels are provided. The screened porch overlooks the river near the rips. It is a beautiful sound to listen to and even fall asleep to. This cottage is very private and located on its own road on the property, nestled in the woods on the bank of the river. There is a small, outdoor charcoal grill and picnic table. PLEASE NOTE: this cottage does NOT have WiFi and cell service is very spotty.

Complimentary firewood is provided in an outdoor woodshed. The cottage offers a cozy kitchen, dining area and living room, as well as a bathroom with shower. There are two bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Linens and towels are provided. The screened porch overlooks Robinson's Pond and is a short walk to the swings, badminton/volleyball net and swimming area. There is also a small, outdoor charcoal grill and picnic table. Free WiFi is included.

The cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room on one level and up 3 steps is a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (new in 2024), and one has 2 single beds. Linens and towels are provided. The large, screened porch overlooks the river. This cottage is very private, nestled in the woods on the bank of the river beyond Cottage #1. There is a small, outdoor charcoal grill and picnic table. Free WiFi is included.

on Blueberry Hill
Originally built as a home in the mid-1800's, this small two-story gray cedar shingle cottage offers a kitchen, living room, enclosed porch, and a bathroom with shower. It sleeps up to 5. The upstairs attic bedroom has 3 single beds, and the enclosed porch has 1 double bed. This cottage sits at the top of a sunny hillside overlooking the entrance to the property. In late July/early August, you will find wild lowbush blueberries in several places on the hill. In mid-late August, you will find wild blackberries!
Linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a woodstove for heat, with complimentary wood provided. PLEASE NOTE: This cottage does NOT have WiFi but does usually have good cell service.
Cottage #7 can be rented nightly even through the summer when the rest are Sunday to Sunday.

2025 Cottage Rates
The weekly rates are based on the nightly rates with a 15% discount when 7 or more nights are booked.
Base occupancy for each cottage is 1-2 people. The rates to the right are based on this occupancy. The additional person fee is $10/person/night or $59.50/person/week.

Tent Site on the Dennys River
We have one tent site which is located on a bend in the Dennys River. It is close to the pond and play area (swing set, badminton, horseshoes) as well. There is space to park one vehicle right on the site and one not far away near the swing set. The space in the woods behind the firepit and seating area can fit a large tent or a couple of smaller ones. The parking spot right on the site can also be used for a popup or camper van.
There is complimentary wood and kindling provided for the firepit. Free WiFi is also available on the property.
The tent site can be rented nightly mid-May through mid-October.

Policies: Pets, Smoking, Deposits, and Cancellations
There is no charge for children 6 and under.
Pets are welcome! There is a $5/night/pet fee. Should there be damage or excessive cleaning required due your pet(s) there may be a damage fee assessed. Please do not leave dogs tied up and unattended outside or on the screened porch. Barking echoes across the pond and on the river and is not appreciated by other guests. We ask that pets be on a leash when outdoors and be supervised or kenneled when inside the cottages. Please clean up after them both inside and outside. If your dog will be kenneled when you leave the cottage, please let us know.

Smoking is NOT allowed inside the cottages (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc.). Ashtrays are provided outside on the screened-in porches or on the picnic tables. If your cottage smells of smoke after you leave you will be charged a $150 cleaning fee. Smoke in the cottages makes extra work for our cleaning crew and extra laundry needs to be done. All of this takes extra time meaning a cottage may need to be taken out of service for a day or two.
Deposits & Payments
There is a 9% lodging sales tax in Maine (not included in rates listed above).
Deposits are 25% of the total for stays of 5 nights or more; for stays less than 5 nights, the deposit is the amount of 1 night plus tax.
Payments: For reservations made through this website, the provided card will be charged for the deposit. Card payments are not processed automatically; they are processed by us manually through our reservation system (Cloudbeds) within 24-48 hours.
If a reservation is made by phone or email, deposits may be paid by check, money order, major credit card, debit card, Venmo, or PayPal.
If you already have a reservation and would like to make a payment online, you may do so using the PayPal link below or Venmo (@RobinsonsCottages).
The balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellations
Reservations cancelled at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit (EXCEPTION: Non-refundable rate).
Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival are not eligible for a refund of the deposit (Exception: if we rebook the cottage for the dates of your cancelled stay, we will refund your deposit.)
"No shows" waive the right to a refund of any previous payments; if no deposit was made, the guest will be charged for one night plus tax.
